Terms and Conditions

 

               

1. Scope of Services

We provide professional mobile massage therapy services at the client’s chosen location. All services are therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and possible legal action.


2. Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or in person.
     
  • A 25% is required to secure the booking.
     
  • Remaining balance is due before the start of the session.
     
  • We accept Cash, Card, Zelle, Cash app, Venmo
     

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
     
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
     
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
     

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and private space for the massage table and therapist to work.
     
  • Provide access to clean water, adequate lighting, and a temperature-controlled environment.
     
  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries before the session.
     
  • Inform the therapist if you feel discomfort or pain during the massage.
     

5. Therapist Safety

  • If the therapist feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or encounters inappropriate conduct, they may terminate the session immediately without refund.
     
  • The client’s location must be in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking.
     

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
     
  • Massage is not a substitute for medical care; consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical issues.
     
  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if the client is ill, intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
     

7. Liability Waiver

By booking a session, the client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with massage therapy and agrees to release the therapist and business from any liability for injuries, health conditions, or property damage resulting from the service.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential in compliance with Georgia law.
     
  • Personal information will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.
     

9. Travel Fees

  • Services are available within [X] miles of [City, GA].
     
  • Travel fees apply for locations outside the service area: $ per additional mile.
     

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Georgia court.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.                                             

Return and Refund Policy

 

  • No refunds after a service has been performed, except where required by law.
     
  • Refunds are only issued if:
     
    • The Therapist cancels the appointment and the Client does not wish to reschedule.
       
    • The Client cancels with at least 24 hours’ notice.
       
    • The Therapist arrives but determines the service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances.
       
  • Refunds are not issued if:
     
    • The Client cancels within 24 hours.
       
    • The Client is a no-show.
       
    • The session is ended early due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or intoxication.
       
    • Dissatisfaction is based solely on personal preference after the service was delivered as described.
       
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
